We accept most major health plans for our Addiction Recovery services. Please provide your insurance information when scheduling an appointment so we can check your benefits for you.
Whether or not we participate with your insurance, we work with all health plans in obtaining any necessary pre-authorizations for prescribed medications. If your plan is not listed we are able to provide you with itemized receipts which you may be able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
All copays, coinsurances, deductibles or selfpay fees are due at the time of service. We do not accept checks or American Express. If you are in need of income-based programs please see our Resources Page.
